Step 1: Linking their account
Guests can link their me&u and Velocity accounts by scanning the QR code in venue or through the me&u and Velocity linking form.
Once linked, it stays saved for future visits. Guests will also score 100 bonus Points when they link their accounts for the first time.^
Step 2: Earning Velocity Points
Linked guests automatically earn 1 Velocity Point per $5 spent when ordering eligible food and drinks at participating me&u venues.*
Step 3: Pay with Points#
Guests can choose to use Pay with Points# to retrospectively pay for their previous eligible order through me&u.
They'll need to link an eligible Australian-issued Visa card to their Velocity account and then pay for their eligible order with that same Visa debit card (through Apple Pay or Google Pay) or Visa credit card.
After completing their me&u order, the guest will receive a Velocity app notification inviting them to Pay with Points. The Velocity member must confirm the relevant transaction via the Velocity App within 24 hours from the time the transaction is processed.
If they choose to proceed: Velocity deducts the required Points instantly and Velocity refunds the guest directly to their Visa card within 2–10 business days.

Yes, if a Gift Card is used as a payment method. Velocity Points will not be earned on the portion of the transaction paid for using the Gift Card. Also, if any discounts or promotions have been applied, these will not be included in the eligible order and will not earn Velocity Points.
